Position Overview : The HR Local will assist with daily human resources functions, employee onboarding, compliance, and general administrative support. This part-time role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including background checks and new hire paperwork
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
• Track licenses, certifications, and in-service trainings
• Assist with timekeeping, attendance, and employee inquiries
• Help facilitate employee engagement activities and events
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state / federal regulations
• Collaborate with the regional HR and payroll teams as needed

Qualifications :

Pay Rate : Starting at $26 / hour (Part-Time)
