Required Skills & Abilities :

• At least two (2) of hotel Housekeeping Supervisor experience required
• Flexible to work AM, and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
• Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a plus
• Extensive administrative experience, strong computer literacy skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Word programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to lift / carry at least 30 pounds, stand / walk for at least eight (8) hours and perform repetitive bending and stooping motions
• Strong and effective communication skills to lead housekeeping team and efficiently communicate with managers and supervisors in other operations departments
