Project Architect Project Coordinator

Overview

Integrated Designs by SOMAM, inc. is seeking California licensed Architects and project coordinators for our educational, governmental, retail, industrial and commercial projects. Located in Central California, the area offers affordable housing and quality schools. We have provided architectural and engineering services to our clients for over 65 years. We offer competitive salaries, a generous benefit package including Simple IRA retirement plan and management opportunities. Hourly wage will be subject to past architectural experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with a project team to collaborate and prepare construction documents, estimates and project schedules.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to work on multiple projects at one time.
• Provide leadership to direct CAD technicians and administrative staff.
