Travel Nursing Job Details

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing – ICU Registered Nurse

Location : Minneapolis, MN 55426 (Minnesota nursing jobs)

Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Duration : 8 weeks (Start : 11 / 15 / 2025 – End : 1 / 10 / 2026)

Shift : 12-hour rotating shifts (Day / Night)

Hours per Week : 36

Weekend / Holiday Rotation : As needed

Floating : As needed to PCU, Medical-Surgical (MS), and Telemetry units

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1700–$1820

ICU RN Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (critical care nurse)

Active Minnesota RN license (Minnesota healthcare jobs)

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (required upon submission)

Ability to float to Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units

Strong clinical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit

Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and perform life-saving interventions

Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and families to develop and implement care plans

Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Float to Progressive Care, Medical-Surgical, and Telemetry units as required

Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
