Overview

KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Global Mobility Services - Global Engagement Management to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization. The role focuses on global coordination, engagement management, and supporting growth strategies within the Global Mobility Services practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities of the GMS Global Engagement Management Central Team, focusing on global coordination and billing, and assist in implementing the global practice's growth strategies.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a seamless experience in global engagement management coordination.
• Oversee and provide training to team members on processes and skills related to centralized global engagement management.
• Conduct research and provide initial recommendations for solving significant practice-related issues.
• Contribute to KDN Tax & Legal projects and strategic initiatives related to core business activities.
• Participate in internal quality assurance and monitoring programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams on key projects.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG\'s respectful and courteous work environment.
