Description :
As a Product Engineer II, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of our cutting-edge microwave and millimeter-wave technology products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and design MIC and MMIC based RF multi-chip modules, amplifiers, and subsystems.
- Lead the creation and release of RF commercial, military, and flight products.
- Ensure product performance and reliability through comprehensive analysis, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for product non-conformities.
- Design to military / flight standards with formal verification.
- Deliver engineering tasks timely : from design to production documentation.
- Contribute to proposals through design concepts, technical writing, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and deliver design reviews.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineering team members.
- Address engineering and production challenges across RF, electrical, mechanical, and testing.
- Develop and release product documentation, including test procedures and datasheets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and project progress, while anticipating issues and managing costs.
- Transfer prototypes and documentation to production, and support production enhancements.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure the timely procurement of materials and components.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and standards to keep our products competitive.
- Adhere to QuinStar procedures and safety guidelines.
- Support special projects, providing additional assistance and resources as needed.

Requirements :
Must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by Federal Government.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in RF component, amplifier, subsystem design, and development.Proficiency in analog, digital, and RF circuit development and analysis.Knowledge of RF theory and familiarity with RF design software.Experience with RF circuit verification using lab test equipment.Ability to understand and review mechanical designs, especially thermal concepts.Proficient in using design tools like Spice, HFSS, AWR, Altium, AutoCad, or Solidworks.Expertise in Thermal design and analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experienced with LabView, Vee, Python, or Matlab for automation and analysis.Understanding of micro-controller applications.Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.Physical Requirements :
