Job Summary AVT Simulation is seeking a talented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer at AVT Simulation, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the development of state-of-the-art simulation solutions. Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks Supports the design and development of customer-specific products with consideration to achieving manufacturability, quality, safety and cost goals.  Tasks include :

• Process Optimization : Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
• Quality Assurance : Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality in the manufacturing process.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and testing, to streamline the manufacturing process and address any issues that may arise.
• Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality control protocols.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
• Material Management : Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of materials and components required for manufacturing.
• Problem Solving : Proactively identify and address manufacturing challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to meet project deadlines.
• Compliance : Ensure that all manufacturing processes adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Training : Provide training and guidance to manufacturing personnel to ensure proper execution of established processes and procedures.
• Innovation : Stay informed about the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance AVT Simulation's manufacturing capabilities.
