Location : Orlando, FL

  • This is an onsite role- must relocate to ORLANDO, FL

About Us :

We are a leading manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Planner to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage production plans to ensure timely and efficient assembly processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules to meet changing requirements in a high-volume, high-mix environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials.
  • Track production progress and ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to streamline the entire production process.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in manufacturing planning, with a focus on assembly processes.
  • Strong preference for candidates with high-volume and high-mix experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Familiarity with production scheduling software and inventory management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
