Job descriptionDevelop and manage production plans to ensure timely and efficient assembly processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to optimize workflows and resolve issues. Analyze demand forecasts and adjust production schedules to meet changing requirements in a high-volume, high-mix environment. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of materials. Track production progress and ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. Facilitate communication between departments to streamline the entire production process. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Proven experience in manufacturing planning, with a focus on assembly processes. Strong preference for candidates with high-volume and high-mix experience. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Familiarity with production scheduling software and inventory management systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
