Job Title : Primary Mental Health Therapist.

Location : Alexandria, Virginia.

Work Environment : Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center.

Schedule : Full Time | Monday to Friday (some evening hours required).

Compensation Range : $70,000 - $87,000 Annual Salary (Dependent on Licensure / Experience).

About the Job :

As a Primary Therapist at Sandstone Care, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will :

• Provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups, addressing the root causes of adolescent client's substance use and mental health diagnosis.
• Facilitate engaging and effective 3-hour clinical groups three times a week, covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and achieves their recovery goals.

Qualifications :

Education : Minimum of a Master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field).
