Overview

The Resource Team Certified Instrument Technician (CRCST or CBSPD) works throughout the Network to provide excellent patient care within an area of expertise. You will have the opportunity to work within all of the Community Health Network hospitals and gain experience by collaborating with a variety of patient populations and healthcare teams. This position is full-time day shift and covers all 5 hospital and outpatient surgical sites with flex scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits

You qualify for an elevated pay rate based on your FTE commitment. While this position is non-benefited, Community Health Network offers Resource Team staff the opportunity to participate in its 401K retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide instrument preparation and sterilization support across multiple Hospital and outpatient surgical sites.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and efficient instrument handling and turnover.
• Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, and the mission and goals of Community Health Network.
