LHH is currently recruiting a UI / UX Designer for a permanent opporutnity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences. A strong portfolio showcasing your best work is required for consideration. This is a fully onsite role at our client's office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities :
- Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Create user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Maintain consistency in visual elements and branding across all digital platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI / UX best practices, trends, and technologies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI / UX design.Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across multiple platforms.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work fully onsite at our client's office in the Dallas area.If this role sounds like a fit for you and you meet the above qualifications, please apply now for consideration.
