Job descriptionRequired minimum of 6 years of professional experience designing and developing REST APIs and other data streaming services (Kafka). Experience with UML or BPMN and workflow design. Working knowledge of SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, Postman. Experience working with Oracle, MongoDB and SQL. Technical writing skills, good oral and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salary Range is provided separately. Mid-Senior level Full-time Engineering and Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting

Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain APIs.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Spring Boot) and other project-relevant frameworks.
- Understand Web Service Protocols including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
- Apply API design principles, including versioning, authentication, and authorization.
- Database management with SQL and Teradata databases.
- Version control with Git.
- Security practices including encryption and data privacy.
- DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
