Duties :
- Collects and converts raw data into written sales reports
- Collects and converts raw data into written sales plan and Income balances reports
- Collects and converts raw data into written reports for modifications
- Correspond with Regional Managers and Sales Representatives
- Maintain, support accounting loan agreements, schedule, and payments with customers
- Maintain Warranty list for new sales orders
- Monitor and maintain levels of inventory for machines
- Support logistics team for import / export related tasks
- Support office administration tasks
Technical Skills :
- Clerical, communication, and documentation skills are required
- Able to work independently and without supervision
- Active listening : give full attention to what people are saying, take time to understand
- Customer service and being able to speak legibly
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills in Excel and Outlook
- Beginner level for Microsoft office in Word, PPT, and CSV
- Able to operate office equipment, copiers, fax, and phone systems
- Able to operate software like Sage 100.
- Safety awareness
- Organizational skills for filing systems
- Physically able to sit and work on a computer for prolong period
