Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently looking for a qualified Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This accounting position will be responsible to provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations. This position requires working within a team environment with other areas such as sales, purchasing, shipping, and receiving.

Job Responsibilities

• Processing all accounts invoices
• Performing weekly AP check run & monthly commission statements
• Resolve vendor issues with purchasing
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Review and audit expense reports
• Respond to vendor inquires
• Assist in the preparation of month end close
• Prepare year end 1099 for vendors
• Process sales taxes monthly and quarterly
• Fully support the Company’s ISO objectives, policies, procedures and the GK SCOPE Program

Requirements

Pay : $20.00 to $22.00 paid per hour. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, geography, and internal equity.
