• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s database.
• Support inside sales efforts by preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to address customer needs and align sales strategies.
• Monitor and track orders to ensure successful delivery and address any concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on product offerings and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency in sales and support operations.
• Previous experience in sales support or related roles, with a focus on post-sales activities.
• Strong proficiency in order entry systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent communication skills for handling inbound and outbound sales interactions.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes, including preparing quotes and proposals.
