Responsible for the research, development, planning, and implementation of policies and practices designed to enhance the organizations relationship with the community and employees through print, audio, video, electronic and other communication mediums. Coordinate the distribution of the companys messages to internal and external audiences to meet communication program objectives. Act as the organizations representative to community and news media. Under broad direction, is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within a function. Manages the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff. Participates in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

This position is contingent upon contract award. We are looking for a User Engagement and Outreach Representative to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on innovative applications of overhead support, addressing tasks from DoD and IC communities. This role will advocate for the development and integration of new capabilities and tradecraft to tackle the challenges faced by the Combatant Command (CCMD) and its components. The User Engagement Representative will provide valuable insights into the pressing needs of specific Combatant Command and how the customers capabilities can meet those demands. This position will focus on fostering multi-agency, multi-int solutions to various issues while offering support to relevant organizations.

Basic Compensation : $118,100.00 - $162,400.00 (Pearl Harbor area only) $112,800.00 - $155,000.00 (Fort Meade, MD and COS areas only)

Additional Compensation : KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
