• Join a well-established health system
• 100% outpatient
• 4 additional Family Medicine providers, plus Internal Medicine and Pediatric physicians
• Monday - Friday schedule
• Patient volume average is 18 to 25 patients per day
• Phone call only
• Onsite care team includes : Clinical pharmacists, behavior health clinicians, care managers, case managers and nurse and medical assistants
• Nationally competitive salary 250k-270k DOE, plus relocation allowance
