Washington Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide holistic care for complex kidney patients remotely in Washington.

Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive health assessments for patients

Manage complex patients to reduce hospitalizations and improve health outcomes

Coordinate and facilitate quality care in collaboration with the healthcare team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Current unrestricted NP license to practice in the state

Current CPR or BLS certification

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook

Willingness to obtain up to six additional state licenses for remote patient management
