Principle Specialist
Based in Everett, WA, this Principle Specialist role puts you in the midst of the entire product and service lifecyclefrom concept and order capture through design, production, delivery, and long-term strategic planning. With exposure and visibility to the Integrated Project Team (IPT), you'll collaborate with cross-functional efforts to ensure contract execution, cost control, schedule adherence, and top-tier performance. You'll support customers as you represent the company with confidence and clarity.
What You Will Do :
- Support program execution and production deliveries
- Responsible for ensure production delivery and coordination with the cross functional team
- Working with a dynamic team of experts across various functions and support issue resolutions during different phase of the program.
- You'll collaborate with a broad range of professionals to innovate and enhance product offerings, shaping the future of our industry.
- Working with internal and external stakeholder to support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support data collection and analysis to monitor programs to maintain adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and technical standards.
- Ensure seamless workflow, you'll support Problem Reports and Engineering Change Notices, negotiate with internal and external customer, ensuring swift resolution.
- Travel up to 5% both domestic and international.

Have experience managing medium development programs, adept in handling cost, quality, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams.P&L managementCustomer-facing experience as a project / program manager.Previous engagement with operations / manufacturing engineering in the aerospace industry.Experience with dependencies and critical path analysis in scheduling software.PMP CertificationWhat We Offer :
