Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Everett, Washington.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. This position is for 1st shift.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) : Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) : More than 5 years of experience in program management within supplier management More than 5 years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action More than 5 years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity Electrical or Computer Engineering Degree
Education / experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.)
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Position may require travel up to 25% of the time. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range : $137,700 - $170,100 Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 17, 2025.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
