We're searching for a diligent dependable office assistant to provide administrative support for our senior account managers. You’ll be responsible for working with or sales team on customer relations, quoting, paperwork processing, order fulfillment, and several other things. This is to be done in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes. and creating a wonderful customer experience.
This role works directly with sales, purchasing, accounting, and operations to assist in efficiencies and improvements in our customer relations department. Efforts in marketing in customer relations are a strong part of this role. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in both accounting and customer service.
