Job Title : Plat Coordinator

We are seeking a knowledgeable, proactive, and dependable team player with leadership capabilities to join our team as a Plat Coordinator .

Summary : The Plat Coordinator will oversee and manage the platting and zoning process for various land development projects throughout Southeast Texas. This role involves preparing plats and drawings, submitting and coordinating documents with municipalities, and ensuring timely and accurate project completion. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and knowledge of municipal regulations are essential.
