• Position Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Care / Med Tech to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Administer medications to residents as prescribed and ensure proper documentation according to facility policies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' health and any administered treatments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical technology or healthcare is preferred.
• Previous experience as a care / medical technician or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle residents' information with confidentiality and professionalism.
