What You'll Do :
As an IHBTC Clinician, you will deliver intensive, family-centered treatment for children with significant behavioral health challenges. In this role, you will :
Lead the Family Team and collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality careComplete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide intensive individual and family therapy in home and community settingsCo-facilitate Family Team meetings with children, youth, and caregiversPartner with DMH, community supports, and families to match interventions with identified needsAdvocate for families navigating behavioral health systems and provide culturally responsive careWho You Are :
Master's Degree in a mental health field (required)Experience working with children with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and knowledge of treatment techniques (required)Experience navigating child- and family-serving systems (required)Minimum of 2 years working with families (preferred)CANS certification within 6 months of hire (required)Bilingual (Spanish / English) strongly preferredStrong advocacy skills and ability to partner with families and community systemsAbout Us
