We are a service leader among single-source providers of complex print, direct mail, fulfillment, and digital marketing to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, casino, retail and education industries. For almost 70 years, Heeter has served marketers and other organizations by investing in the most advanced resources to ensure our facilities are equipped with the latest technology and software applications to meet the print and digital communication needs of our customers.

We are now looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This position is crucial in organizing the assembly of projects and paper materials that cannot be machine produced. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating a hands-on workflow approach that produces a quality product quickly.

POSITION HOURS : 10 am - 6 pm or 9 am - 5 pm

Competencies important to the role :

  • Efficiency & Productivity : Ability to organize a work crew toward common goals to ensure assembly line runs smoothly and maintains high standards of quality.
  • Professional Communication : Ability to maintain a calm and organized approach, with a positive and professional tone in conversations, within a busy and demanding work environment.
  • Quality Assurance : Hand assemble job in a specific order and / or sequence to the needs of client instruction and specification.
  • Resource Management : Direct work activities of resources provided by temporary agency by assessing the scale of job, labor and resources required and coordinating activities and instructions. Measure productivity of resource and evaluate continuance.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making : Demonstrate the ability to provide structure within custom manufacturing process when job requirements require different techniques and approaches within a short timeframe.
  • Safety & Compliance : Engage everyone to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements : Qualifications

  • Basic proficiency in using software and computer systems needed to perform the role : Internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), General office equipment and management information systems (Pace).
  • Demonstrate basic math skills and the ability to distinguish between colors and read small print.
  • Be able to perform all duties at an accelerated pace while still producing top quality.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in learning new aspects of the job, new equipment, new processes and scheduling : start times / overtime.
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced, team environment demonstrating cooperation, problem solving, customer service, creativity, flexibility and team building skills.
  • Standing up to 8 hours per day with the ability to walk, touch and climb at any point throughout the day. Some equipment requires the ability to walk narrow ramps and reach to adjust function. Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 30 lbs occasionally. Regular activities will include : carrying, writing, bending, grasping, standing, twisting, sitting, lifting, hand manipulation using fine motor skills.

    • Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 2 years' experience coordinating others in a team environment
