Production Supervisor - Mailroom

Ohio Valley Goodwill is seeking a highly organized Production Supervisor to be responsible for supervision of all mailroom activities.  We are looking for a professional comfortable working in a fast pace work environment, with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.  Responsible for work assignments, personnel evaluations, receiving and shipping of mail and packages, maintenance of appropriate and required records and reports, customer liaison and communications, employee safe, proper equipment maintenance, quality control and productivity goals and objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• EDUCATION : High school graduate or GED certificate, some college preferred.     EXPERIENCE :   3 to 5 years’ experience as a supervisor.
• Basic office computer skills.
• Previous mail processing is preferred, as well as prior experience working in customer service.                     Must pass extensive criminal background tests and Federal Background Checks.
