We are seeking early to mid-career Engineers to join the Signature Management & Technology Team. At Raytheon, you will be part of a team whose responsibilities span the full lifecycle of the product- from initial conceptual design to modeling and analysis, from component to missile level RCS testing, and production support to maintainability.

We are currently looking for Stealth / Low Observable / Radar Cross Section (RCS) / Signature Management / Survivability Engineers to work on challenging, state of the art technical projects.

This position is in Tucson, AZ (Onsite)

Responsibilities to Anticipate :

The selected individual will document all activities pertaining to test preparation, data analysis, design trades, prediction results, and others.

You will work within integrated product teams and support all aspects of that team’s design efforts with some direction from Senior Low Observables Engineer

Present results of testing, analysis, and design efforts to internal and external customers

Mentor early career engineers

Occasional travel for business, training, and conferences

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar Engineering discipline

Eight (8) years’ experience in calibrating, operating, and troubleshooting instrumentation radars for far field RCS measurements.

Experience using RCS processing software for data analysis.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.

S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience operating and maintaining Resonant Sciences Radarman II instrumentation radar.

Experience operating near field radar systems.

Experience with range certification / registration process and management of the range handbook

Active DoD Top Secret (or higher) clearance.

Additional Information :

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
