Overview
As a Salesforce Administrator, in supporting and maintaining the Salesforce platform for the Member Operations organization. Responsible for configuring, customizing, and managing Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our Operations teams. Expertise in Salesforce administration will ensure the smooth operation of the system, enabling our teams to effectively track and manage performance and growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, profile and permission set configuration, security settings, and data management.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to support the specific needs of our sales and marketing teams, including creating custom fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce customizations and enhancements.
- Create and manage Salesforce data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Provide ongoing training and support to users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce and maximizing its potential.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluate their impact on our business, and implement changes accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, configuration, and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools.
- Continuously improve and optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to drive efficiency and productivity.
- The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.
Skills Requirements / Preferences :
Strong understanding of Salesforce Automation, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, and Salesforce Data Loader.Thorough familiarity with Salesforce's configuration capabilities, enabling the recommendation of best practices and the identification of areas where custom development is necessary.Good understanding of Telephony integration with Salesforce Domain.Experience with Omnichannel capabilities within the Salesforce Domain including Telephony.Knowledge and skills in data synthesis, root cause analysis, trend monitoring, anomaly identification, and risk mitigation.Ability to communicate findings clearly and conciselyAbility to work flexible schedule and afterhours, as required.Education Requirements :
