We are looking for an experienced software quality engineer to help us create and execute a testing strategy for the advanced suite of applications supporting Vision Pro.

Description

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test coverage for hardware and software features. This includes authoring test cases, identifying regressions, and driving bugs to resolution through clear, concise reporting. Youll work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to validate functionality, performance, and stability across product areas. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential as youll be interfacing with development, QA, and program teams. This role demands a highly technical and detail-oriented mindset, along with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for product quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and / or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of development lifecycles, QA methodologies, and structured test processes
• Experience creating comprehensive test plans and cases based on product requirements and user scenarios
• Skilled in debugging across hardware and software layers with a focus on root cause and impact
• 5+ years of QA experience in AR / VR systems and / or hardware & software integration products

Preferred Qualifications

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $181,100 and $272,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
