Director, UX / UI Design

As Relyance AI’s Director of UX / UI Design , you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs that are both effective and engaging. This role will report directly to the CEO.

As a Director of UX / UI Design, your role will include :

• Leading the design of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform.
• Working with a team of designers and researchers to create user-centered designs.
• Conducting user research to understand the needs of our users.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
• Collaborating with engineers to implement designs.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest UX / UI trends.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $160,000 to $200,000.
