A company is looking for a Retention Representative to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with service changes and retention efforts
Exceed revenue goals by retaining customers and upselling services
Address customer inquiries and complaints to enhance satisfaction and maintain relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1 year of previous sales / retention and / or service experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Must be goal-driven and possess a customer-focused approach
