As a Project Engineer , you will gain hands-on experience in Estimating, Field Operations, Safety, and Project Management. Our program is designed to ensure engineers are exposed to various aspects of construction, with the goal of developing robust construction knowledge, financial literacy, safety, quality, and becoming well-rounded in all aspects of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform take-offs, pricing, and bid package preparation.
• Assist with bidder communications and bid-day activities.
• Conduct constructability and spec reviews.
• Prepare and track subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Manage RFIs, change documents, and project schedules.
• Oversee closeout activities, including punch lists and submittals.
• Support the Superintendent with scheduling, material orders, and tracking productivity.
• Manage RFIs, punch lists, and addenda updates.
• Assist with project closeout.
• Conduct routine safety audits and jobsite planning.
• Gain insight from safety supervisors and attend OSHA training.
