We are seeking a skilled and motivated Andrologist to join our team at a leading U.S. sperm donor bank . The successful candidate will play a key role in performing andrology laboratory procedures, supporting donor screening, and ensuring the highest standards of sample quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities :

• Perform semen analysis, sperm processing, cryopreservation, and thawing procedures
• Support donor recruitment and screening, including infectious disease and genetic testing coordination
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure compliance with FDA and CLIA regulations
• Monitor equipment, perform QC / QA checks, and assist with laboratory audits
• Collaborate with the medical and laboratory management teams to maintain operational excellence

Requirements :

Familiarity with FDA regulations for human tissue and donor eligibility

Desirable - American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) or ASCP certification or eligibility in addition to membership of the American Society of Andrology
