Machine Operator

• Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of continuous experience as a manufacturing machine operator

Must be 18 years or older

Mechanical knowledge, including experience with welding

Proficient in reading gauges and using digital calipers / micrometers

Experience troubleshooting, using hand / power tools, and operating machinery

Able to pass background and drug screening

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Punctual and dependable

Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift

Comfortable walking up and down ladders

Team player with strong communication and basic math skills

Strong physical dexterity

Maintain a clean workstation and production floor

Prepare machinery and equipment for operation

Follow safety and production guidelines

Ensure consistent speed and accuracy in operations

Identify and remove faulty products

Operate mechanical and computer-controlled equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults

Properly use tools and machinery

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
