Compensation & Commission Structure

Base Salary : $2,000 / month

Commission :

• 0-14 items sold / month : 6% commission
• 15-29 items sold / month : 8% commission (applies to all 029 sales)
• 30+ items sold / month : 10% commission (applies to all 030+ sales)
• Life Insurance Incentives
• Write at least 1 life policy in a month : +1% to all commission tiers
• Write 3+ life policies in a month : +2% to all commission tiers
• Sell any life policy with over $2,000 in premium : 20% bonus on life premium written

Responsibilities

Client and prospect Interaction : Engage and interact with clients and prospects to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Sales Target : Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and cross-selling insurance products and services.

Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competitor products to offer informed advice to prospects

Community Engagement : Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the agency and attract potential clients.

Requirements

Licensing : A valid insurance license in Arizona is required.

Experience : Previous sales experience is helpful, but will train

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Customer-Centric : Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze client needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.

Organizational Skills : Capable of managing tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
