Position Overview

Were hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing, high-performing team. This role is ideal for both recent graduates ready to launch a meaningful career and experienced professionals looking to elevate their income and impact.

As a Sales Representative, you will :

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs

Present and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products

Build strong relationships with clients and follow up for service, renewals, and referrals

Engage in community outreach and networking events

Receive one-on-one mentorship from a seasoned agency leader

Enjoy the support of a collaborative, multilingual office

Use a company-provided car for client appointments and business travel

Who Were Looking For

Experienced Professionals :

State Farm experience desired, Company Car and Competitive Salary

Proven success in sales, customer service, or account management

Licensed in Property & Casualty and / or Life & Health (or willing to obtain)

Self-driven and eager to grow within a reputable agency

Qualifications

High School diploma required; college degree preferred

Valid Drivers License (required for use of company vehicle)

Must pass background and licensing checks

Bilingual (Polish, Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian) a strong plus

Tech-savvy : able to navigate CRM systems, quoting tools, and online platforms

Work Schedule

Full-time position (MondayFriday)

Occasional evenings or weekends for community events or client appointments

Office-based with flexibility for field appointments and remote outreach tasks
