At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
Strong customer service mindset and ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with both Windows and macOS environments
Familiarity with conference room setup, troubleshooting, and providing quick IT assistance
Role Overview
Provide technical support for end users, acting as an escalation point for Tier 1 issues
Perform compliance checks, troubleshooting, and remediation on workstations, tablets, and mobile devices
Maintain hardware and software for desktops and laptops
Assist with VoIP phone systems and mobile device support
Participate in planning and implementing IT projects as directed
Stay proficient in core platforms and applications, including :
Windows and macOS
Microsoft Office Suite
Internet-based and departmental applications
Support IT asset management, including deployments, procurement, installations, and disposition
Provide executive-level support and serve as an escalation resource

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00 / hr.
