Site Controller Opportunity

Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping has an immediate opportunity for a Site Controller in our Cleveland, Tennessee Hot Stamp and Assembly Facility. The Controller is responsible for producing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, preparing site-specific forecasts, and analyzing current and future financials. Summary of Responsibilities :

• Participate in decision making process by assessing purchasing activity
• Oversee production and dissemination of monthly and annual financial reports
• Maintain and manage an adequate system of accounting records
• Accurately forecast relevant operations on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Develop annual budget in coordination with all relevant business partners
• Oversee maintenance and enforcement of established controls designed to mitigate financial reporting risk
• Proactively analyze current and forecast information to optimize financial performance
• Provide and communicate financial analysis and recommendations to management (sales, expenses, product mix)
• Oversee benchmarking, standardization, and process improvement initiatives
• Monitor the accuracy of the company's reported financial results
• Ensure that reported results comply with accounting standards for public enterprises
• Monitor provision of timely information for audits and other inquiries
• Analysis of standard product costing system and related improvements
• Oversee and audit physical inventory counts and monitor cycle count program
• Direct month end close of the General Ledger
• Contribute to team effort by collaborating with other site controllers and management
• Other duties as assigned
