JOB DESCRIPTION
Description :
Engineering Technician or Manufacturing Engineer will perform complex duties for design, fabrication, modification of optoelectronics / microelectronics hardware.
Perform Hands on tasks with hardware working on processes and supporting Technicians. Will develop manufacturing process plans, test requirements, manufacturing flow, and capacity plans.
Will perform many of these functions in a Cleanroom / lab environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
MUST HAVE 5+ years of experience as a hands on Engineering Technician or Manufacturing Engineer with electronics components (electronics, wire bonding, micro-electronics, opto-electronics)MUST HAVE experience with aerospace, space, or defense manufacturing and those standards (IPC, J-Std, Mil Std, ESD, (electrostatic discharge), micro-electronics, opto-electronics, NASA, DOD) preferred experience with capacitors and resistors, wire bonding
