A company is looking for a Community Support Specialist (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Triage and prioritize support requests from various sources
Collaborate with teammates across time zones to provide coverage
Create tickets for the Product and Engineering teams to track issues
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of Ethereum, block explorers, and market mechanics
Experience in customer support or community management
Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment
Familiarity with tokens, DEXs, and crypto on both L1s and L2s
Hands-on experience trading or using similar token / market platforms
