IAM Metrics & OCM Analyst (12-Month Contract)

Location : Orlando, FL (preferred) | Also open to Burbank, CA or Seattle, WA

Schedule : Onsite Mon–Thu, Remote Fri

Rate : $93.10 / hr

Overview :

We're seeking a metrics-driven and change-focused analyst to support the Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization. This role blends data analytics, reporting, and organizational change management (OCM) to enhance operational transparency, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate is analytical yet people-oriented—able to build a metrics framework from scratch while driving adoption and alignment across a complex organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement a metrics and OKR framework to measure IAM performance and value.
• Develop and publish monthly reports and dashboards using Excel, Confluence, and data visualization tools.
• Translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready summaries.
• Lead and execute OCM strategies , including communication, engagement, and readiness plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support adoption of IAM initiatives and ensure consistent change practices.
