CLASSIFICATION : Full-time, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION : $26 Per Hour+ ability to earn an additional 20% of compensation through performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY : The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Community Manager reports to Regional Manager, who operates out of the corporate office. The Community Manager strives to achieve all operational and financial goals for the property.
