$125 to $145 per hour

About The Position

Family Medicine Outpatient Locums Assignment in California

We have an ongoing, long-term locum tenens need for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician in California. This interim assignment offers a predictable schedule starting late this year.

Practice Setting

  • Outpatient primary care clinic
  • Full-time, ongoing assignment
  • Support staff of 1 RN and 2 MAs
  • Schedule

  • Stable Monday-Friday schedule
  • Daytime hours
  • No weekends or call coverage
  • Cases

  • General family practice cases
  • Mix of pediatric and adult patients
  • Includes some chronic pain management
  • IM providers must have experience seeing all ages
  • Requirements

  • BC / BE (within 5 years) in FP or IM
  • Must hold an active California license
  • Requires BLS and DEA
  • Minimum 12 months experience
  • Credentialing and Support

  • Credentialing timeframe is 30-45 days
