Job Title : Senior Patent Agent

Job Description : The Role :

The Senior Patent Agent will be responsible for IP portfolio management. Applicants will closely collaborate with other patent professionals in the business including attorneys agents specialists and work with inventors and managers to define qualify and support the business in obtaining and maintaining patents.

What Youll Do :

• Solicit disclosures of inventions and assist inventors in filing timely and accurate disclosures
• Determine patent application filing priorities
• Provide leadership to technical disclosure selection processes
• Prosecute US and non-US patent applications and prepare other documents during all stages of the patent pro curement process
• Draft patent applications or e ngage outside counsel for the preparation of patent applications
• Conduct p atentability and landscape searching
• Analyze issued patents and support competitive awareness searches
• Protect Entegris intellectual property worldwide
• Assure Entegris realizes maximum return on Entegris intellectual property investment
