Benefits :To maximize revenue from current National Accounts relationships through regular communication and logistics planning with Franchise Partners and National Account partners.
You will help increase new partnerships and qualify leads by bridging the gap between interested local National Accounts from lead generation efforts, facilitating calls between Franchise Partners and local / regional National Accounts, helping with pricing and logistics questions to pull through initial interest, and helping to qualify initial new National Account leads.
Help grow signed National Accounts quarter over quarter through branding efforts, logistics coordination, and local account support.
Answer general and pricing questions from local National Accounts and facilitate communication and meetings between the account and the local Franchise.
Collaborate with the lead generation arm (currently MPI) to support efforts and run independent email campaigns through HubSpot to find new local-level leads.
Attend industry conferences on occasion
Maintain up-to-date CRM records, documenting new leads, and future opportunities through the sales process using HubSpot.
Maintain positive relationships with current Account Partners by conducting follow-ups and account reviews at the local / regional level as well as regularly contacting customers to ensure satisfaction and growth of the relationship.
Support the Business Development Manager on qualifying inbound leads to determine if it is a national opportunity, or if a local need that you will help coordinate with the NASA scheduling team.
Routine correspondence with FPs to ensure they are aware of NASA initiatives, gain prospect opportunities, and present local NASA opportunities.
