Key Responsibilities
Manage a Public Sector book of business, focusing on various industrial and skilled trades
Foster relationships and drive product adoption with key stakeholders, ensuring customer retention and expansion
Conduct proactive outreach and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance customer value and product utilization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing, account management role in SaaS, training, or EdTech
Experience managing customer renewals, upsells, and expansions
Familiarity with LMS integrations and utilization is a plus
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and ChurnZero
Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
