  • Location : Warren
  • Part-time
  • 20-25 hours
  • Mon-Fri
  • On-Call rotation including weekends

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to :

  • Maintaining all consumer files for each program
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Data entry using weekly and bi-weekly reports
  • Keeping resource files up-to-date
  • Photocopying / faxing
  • Preparation of new hire paperwork
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Payroll Duties (totaling hours, verifying punches, etc)
  • Back up EVV duties as assigned
  • Developing professional relationships with office staff, caregivers and clients
  • Other duties deemed by supervisor

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be able to pass Act 33 / 34 Clearances
  • Above proficient use of Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate copiers, multi-line phone system, fax, postage meter
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Time management skills
  • Organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team Player
  • Confidentiality
