About the Position

We are searching for an experienced civil engineer to join our growing team in our Peachtree Corners, GA office. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related design engineering experience and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will perform civil site development design including grading, draining and hydrology for federal clients across the United States and abroad. Projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to design projects. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter.

Note that travel in this position is estimated at 25% annually and will include international travel; note that travel may exceed 25% periodically throughout the year. A valid passport is required for this position.

Experience and Qualifications

• PE License preferred (if not already earned, preferred to be able to get a PE license in the near future)
• 10+ years of related experience desired, preferably with experience in federal DOD project design and knowledge of applicable UFCs.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required
• Experience with guiding and mentoring junior staff desired
• Ability to travel to project locations (including international locations) for site visits and meetings - anticipated 25% travel per year (at times may exceed 25% travel within a given period)
• Valid Passport for international travel
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
