Position Overview

The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project documents and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure bids are competitive and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to gather project requirements and clarify details.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and presentations for potential projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Monitor and track project costs during construction to ensure adherence to budget.
• Provide input on value engineering options to optimize project costs.
