Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is a corporate finance role responsible for providing the financial analysis and insight to executive management. Essential Functions : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
Report directly to the Director of FP&A, Finance
Be accountable for the accuracy of reported financial forecasts and budgets as well as respective variance analysis;
Directs, performs and is accountable for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance / return analysis activities for shared service departments
Works with Accounting and Corporate Finance on monthly / quarterly / annual close processes;
Manages overall department budget(s)
Present the financial results as well as budgets, forecasts and analytics to the Executive Management team and Department Heads;
Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the Corporate Finance team;
Improve processes and procedures as well as the usage of systems and tools to further enhance the goals and objectives of the organization;
Foster an environment of highest professional standards for yourself and your team in terms of ethics, adherence to policies, procedures, and to achieve the overall set goals of the business unit;
Be curious. Always on the look out to acquire new knowledge and understanding. This characteristic will foster insights to help drive effective change in the organization.

Supervisory Responsibilities :
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field AND
Five (5) to Eight (8) years of related experience OR
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses : None required.

Attention to detail and quality of deliverables while sensitive to strict and tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to interact with people at all levels and of all areas of responsibilities, fostering collaboration
Possess strong communication skills - written and verbal

Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to travel 1-5% of the time
Ability to clear required background check

Compensation & Benefits :
Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $70,202.25- $120,966.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
